Learn waxing, scraping and layering techniques with a contemporary landscape theme on canvas. Draw and paint the female form learning various techniques including a background of distressed gold leaf. Experiment wirh gessos, impasto and modeling compounds.Learn how to use water-soluble crayons, pencils and inks and complete a portrait using exciting oil sticks.

Tony who specializes in” travelling watercolours” created on location will demonstrate various techniques he has used while sitting in a train, sipping coffee and viewing a scene or hiking through a mountain pass. Whether your travels have been in Rome, Venice or Paris you will learn how to recreate the feeling of being there. Tone, colour and composition skills will be taught.  Learn how to create travel diaries for you future travels.
